Cancellation/Refunds

Cancellations

When you book a course with Lavonne we take immense care to make preparations that it goes smoothly. And since each class is different in scale, the period in which we allow cancellations depends on each class. If you have booked a course, either at the academy or online, and wish to apply for a cancellation the best way is to get in touch with our student coordinator at lavonnehospitality@gmail.com or call 9740544442.

Refunds

Once your cancellation is approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

If you’ve booked a class and ue to unforeseen circumstances you’re unable to make it, contact us as early as possible and we will try our best to accommodate you into the next available batch for that class.
