The vision of ‘Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts’, is to introduce and disseminate world class pastry education and to bring patisserie as one of the main stream careers in the country.
To create world class ambassadors in the field of ‘Patisserie’ & ‘Boulangerie’, who constantly strive for excellence, updates and
research, learns, unlearns and relearns, while meticulously caring about resources, environment and society.
Objective Of The Lavonne Practice School & Student Café
The objective of the ‘Lavonne Practice School’ is to introduce to our Diploma students, the first hand feel of being an entrepreneur. The nuances of entrepreneurship is practiced and not taught. Travelling through the vision of our former President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the aim of education is employment generation and not seeking employment. At Lavonne we strive to create a vestibule training lab to create and practice new age entrepreneurship skills.
